The Challenge
0G Labs was building something genuinely groundbreaking: novel AI blockchain infrastructure that had the potential to reshape how decentralized AI operates at scale.
But none of that matters if you can't communicate it.
Raising funds meant convincing two very different audiences simultaneously.
On one side: institutional VCs and sophisticated investors who needed to understand the technical depth and long-term defensibility of the infrastructure. On the other: developers, builders, and ecosystem partners who needed to feel the energy of the project, understand why it mattered, and trust that this was a team worth building alongside.
What We Did
We split the content operation into two parallel tracks, each built for a different audience and a different outcome.
Jax owned the short-form video strategy. Jax developed the content angles, formats, and posting cadence that kept 0G in front of developers, ecosystem builders, and the broader tech community on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. He identified what messaging resonated, tested hooks at volume, and doubled down on the formats that were generating the right kind of attention.
Short-form content in the fundraising context does something that pitch decks can't: it shows momentum in real time. When a VC is evaluating a deal, they're not just looking at the numbers — they're looking at whether the world is paying attention.
Lachlan handled all long-form content assets. This included the website copy, developer-facing technical documentation, and the narrative content that helped VCs understand not just what 0G was building, but why it was inevitable.
The developer documentation in particular was critical. Ecosystem growth at the scale 0G was targeting doesn't happen through outreach alone: it happens when builders can actually understand what they're building on and see themselves in the vision. Lachlan built the content that made that possible.
The Results
$290 million raised: one of the most significant fundraising rounds in the AI infrastructure space
300+ ecosystem partners onboarded: developers, builders, and projects choosing to build on 0G's infrastructure
A full content library: short-form video, website, technical docs — that positioned 0G credibly to both institutional investors and the developer community simultaneously
