4. Payment and Fees

Fees, payment schedules, and late payment terms are controlled by your service agreement. Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable after work has begun.

5. Performance Guarantee Standard

We guarantee a set amount of views as defined in your signed service agreement. You only pay for verified views we generate, ensuring investment is tied to proven performance.

6. Intellectual Property

Each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Rights to final campaign assets are governed by your signed agreement.
